This policy explains how Mohamed Safkhan ("I", "me") collects and uses personal data when you use safkhancader.com. I am the data controller, based in the United Kingdom, and follow the UK GDPR and — for visitors in the EU — the EU GDPR.

Emails
You'll receive transactional emails about your order (confirmation, payments, updates, messages). Newsletter emails are only sent if you confirmed your subscription, and every issue has a one-click unsubscribe link.
Who I share data with
- Stripe (payments), my email delivery provider, and my hosting provider — all under data-processing agreements.
- I never sell your data or share it for advertising.
Retention
Order and invoice records are kept for 6 years (UK tax law). Enquiries and chats are kept for up to 24 months. Newsletter data is deleted when you unsubscribe.
