These terms apply to all services provided by Mohamed Safkhan ("I", "me") trading as safkhancader, based in London, United Kingdom. By placing an order or paying an invoice you agree to them.
1. Orders & quotes
- Fixed-price packages are described on each service page, including what is and is not included.
- Custom quotes are valid for 30 days and describe the agreed scope in writing.
- A contract is formed when your order is confirmed and the first payment is received.
2. Prices & payment
- Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Other currencies shown on the site are estimates only.
- You may pay a 50% deposit to start and the balance on delivery, or pay in full up front. Monthly care plans are billed in advance.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. I never see or store your card details.
- Discount codes cannot be combined, have no cash value and first-order codes apply to a client's first paid order only.
- Work may pause if an invoice is more than 14 days overdue.
3. Timelines & your responsibilities
- Delivery times start once I have the content and information needed from you.
- You are responsible for providing accurate content and for having the rights to all material you supply (text, images, logos, music).
- Delays in feedback or content may move the delivery date.
4. Revisions & changes
- Each package includes the number of revision rounds listed on its page.
- Requests outside the agreed scope are quoted separately before any work begins.
5. Ownership & licences
- On full payment, you own the final website/app and its custom source code.
- Third-party software, fonts, plugins and open-source libraries remain under their own licences.
- I may show the finished project in my portfolio unless you ask me not to in writing (e.g. under an NDA).
6. Cancellations & refunds
- You may cancel within 14 days of ordering. If work has started at your request, payment is due for work completed up to that point.
- After design approval, deposits are non-refundable as they cover work already delivered.
- Personalised occasion websites (e.g. birthday sites) cannot be refunded once the first preview has been delivered.
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.
7. Hosting, domains & third parties
Hosting, domain names and third-party services are provided by their own companies under their terms. I'm not liable for their outages or price changes.
8. Warranty & support
I fix bugs in my work free of charge for 30 days after launch (60–90 days on some packages). Ongoing support is available through Care plans.
9. Liability
My total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service concerned. I'm not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Confidentiality & data
I keep your information confidential and process personal data as described in the Privacy policy.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
